In 2020 Tripadvisor changed it's format and award structure. We were due for our 5th consecutive Certificate of Excellence for 2020, when we received the new award of Travelers' Choice 2020. Although this is great, it has sadly removed all record of our past 4 years of awards on our Tripadvisor page.

Before downloading the new award, our page showed 5 years of Certificate of Excellence ...hence the reference still remaining in our marketing, and the reason for this explanation.
 

Rest assured the previous years are valid, and the physical Certificates of Excellence for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, are proudly displayed in our office and can be shown as evidence at any time if needed :)
