E-Gift Vouchers are available for all of our adventures. The recipient can choose a date that works for them, and can swap to another adventure, or add monetary value to the voucher, if preferred. Vouchers prices are valid for 6 months, with the expiry of the voucher being 3 years in line with consumer law, and will be emailed to you if purchased over the phone. Past the 6 months window if there has been a price increase this will be added to your booking via an invoice. This is in line with consumer law and in addition to the 3 year expiry period law.
Over the phone vouchers can be personalised with a short message. Vouchers bought via the "purchase" portal below, will be sent from the Squareup online platform, and can not be personalised. For non-Perth based or personalised Adventures, voucher must be bought over the phone.
If you choose to purchase via the platform, please aware of the cost of our adventures and ensure that the dollar value you choose correlates to these, otherwise the recipient will need to make up the difference at the time of redemption. We only sell vouchers for day time abseiling OR climbing, and twilight abseiling with pizza for either 1 or 2 people and the voucher pricing includes the square fee. We used to absorb this, but the fees have just gone up to 4.7% and unfortunately as a small business we can not afford to absorb this increase. We have chosen to leave the merchant facility open for those that want to still use this for convenience.
Please note these are E-Gift Vouchers as we do not use paper vouchers for environmental reason.
They can be emailed to recipients and redeemed by emailing them back to us. We strongly believe that E-commerce needs to become more electronic, and not use resources, as such we ask these not be printed out.
To purchase an E-Gift Voucher, simply call, email us, or press the "purchase" button below.
To redeem vouchers, the recipient needs to contact us within 6 months via email and include their voucher number.
